To make the Acceptable Language option (on your campaign settings) works, and you want the bot able to fake Timezone by IP/Country. Your proxy list needs to be GEO. Using the GEO Tool will help you. Just drag your proxy list to the main windows, click GEO & Save.
The GEO tool uses the database from MaxMind. You should update the GEO database as the database in the download may be too old!
Requirement : .Net Framework 4.5.
